The Chubby Pickle is a decades-old establishment in Northern Monmouth County, NJ offering up good vibes, fun times, tasty food and satisfying drinks. Since our conception, The Chubby Pickle has become a popular hangout for sports fans, music lovers, and foodies. We are proud to be a part of the Highlands community, and we strive to provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
We’re excited to announce that The Chubby Pickle is officially under new ownership, and we’re bringing a fresh look, updated menu, improved bar experience, new events, better merch, and a renewed commitment to making this the go-to shore bar in Highlands, NJ.
You’ll still find the same fun, laid-back Chubby Pickle vibe you know and love — cold drinks, great food, live music, games, good people, and plenty of reasons to stay for “just one more.”
We’re updating everything while keeping what matters most: the community, the laughs, the local pride, and the Pickle personality.
Come check out what’s new. Bring your friends. Grab a drink. Get pickled responsibly.
